PURPOSE: Responsible for oversight of the execution of heavy check and induction activities at selected maintenance facilities. This will include helping the maintenance provider overcome barriers with materials and work instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Act as the primary liaison between Avelo and the on-site Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul… (MRO) team to ensure strict adherence to specified work packages during aircraft overhaul.
? Collaborate closely with maintenance facility leadership to achieve targeted completion dates for heavy maintenance checks and induction work, aligning with Avelo’s operational schedule.
? Coordinate and facilitate FAA conformity inspections by completing internal checklists and ensuring aircraft readiness for regulatory inspections necessary to update Avelo’s Operations Specifications.
? Maintain regular communication with the TechOps team, third-party record managers, and maintenance providers to address aircraft physical condition issues and ensure accurate record-keeping.
? Manage project execution, monitor information flow, and coordinate interactions across departments to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve project objectives under pressure.
? Embrace a proactive customer service approach in all activities, embodying Avelo’s commitment to service excellence for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
? Represent Avelo at on-site heavy maintenance providers, overseeing and guiding the aircraft induction process during fluctuating operational demands.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
? Technical Representative must be able to manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, manage interactions with others, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives.
? Proactively take a customer service approach to all activities which epitomize Avelo’s soul of service objectives to both internal and external customers.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma required
? 5+ years’ experience in aircraft heavy maintenance oversight or related technical field, with a strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes preferred.
? Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to execute projects, follow up effectively, and meet stringent timelines.
? Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
? Strategic thinker with the capability to problem-solve and make decisions independently while adhering to established protocols.
? Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency in aircraft maintenance operations.
? Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
? Must possess valid US Passport and Driver’s License.
