Job Description
As a Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers seeking technical assistance. You will provide world-class customer service, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with our products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Apple?s mission.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
? Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Apple products.
? Provide guidance and support on product features and usage.
? Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
? Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Technical aptitude and familiarity with Apple products.
? Previous customer service experience is a plus.
