Job Description:
We are on the hunt for an Apple Home Advisor to provide world-class remote technical support to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly voice of Apple, answering questions about our products and services and providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We?ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your technical expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs ? and remind them that behind our great products are amazing people.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers over the phone, via chat, or on social media to resolve their technical issues.
2. Provide first-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain a deep knowledge of Apple products and services to ensure you can address customer needs effectively.
4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the customer service system.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge of Apple products and technology.
4. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
5. Comfortable using computers.
6. Experience working with customer support.
Additional Requirements:
? Available to attend approximately 5-6 weeks of required online training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends.
? Flexible to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST including weekends and holidays, with the possibility to flex up or down hours depending upon business needs.
? Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check.
? Successful completion of initial training.
