Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused At-Home Advisor to provide support and solutions for our customers across the globe. As an At-Home Advisor, you?ll be the friendly voice of Apple, providing premier customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We?ll train you to troubleshoot, provide customer service, and resolve customer issues. You?ll get to work from the comfort of your own home, helping customers have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? Provide knowledgeable and solutions-oriented customer service
? Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
? Maintain customer satisfaction through effective problem solving
? Promote Apple products and services
? Attend all virtual training and meetings
Requirements:
? At least 2 years of professional customer service experience
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently and efficiently
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Basic understanding of Apple products and services
? High-speed internet connection
? Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays
