What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours
– Implement and manage the system for handling resident service requests and schedule on-call staff
– Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status of vacant apartments
– Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment
– Assist in preparing the property for various inspections and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade
– EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification
– Must own a basic set of hand tools
– Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance
– Ability to work some weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Technical certification in a relevant field
– Previous experience in a similar role within property management
