Job Summary

Provides leadership in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics. Plans, organizes, and develops recommendations grounded in deep understanding of the business, industry & market trends, consumer behavior, customer segments, and competitive strategy. Predicts changes in the current market and summarizes insights from proprietary and third-party data & information to create distinctive insights. Develops and implements complex business analyses, manages business case development, and business-at-risk assessments. Develops research methodologies to understand key strategic issues, identifies data sources (internal and external) and develops complex opportunity models using statistical and BI tools. Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios using strategic thinking and decision science analysis. Provides a point of view on key strategic issues across major dimensions of the business ? commercial, operations, customer segments, technology etc. Engages with leadership teams / key stakeholders on identified priorities supported with clear fact-based recommendations and provides actionable insights to leadership teams to recommend course of action. Provides thought leadership to cross-functional teams working on strategic initiatives and acts as an internal consultant to senior management. Takes responsibilities to manage external consulting engagements with industry experts and takes on coaching and mentoring roles.

Job Description/Responsibilities

This role will develop and craft compelling narratives through PowerPoint and other tools that effectively communicate digital and value-oriented stories to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, key stakeholders across the company, and customers. This role is the connector across the Data, Digital, and Commercial Technology organization, strategically aligning teams to outcomes. Requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can understand and articulate complex hypotheses, problem statements, and desired outcomes to build cohesive and engaging presentations. Develop and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals while providing context and narrative support to enhance storytelling. The ideal candidate will excel in both ‘blue sky’ thinking and translating those ideas into practical, executable plans, balancing creativity with project management.

Skills / Abilities
? Story Development and Design: Craft compelling narratives and stories, utilizing strong design and storytelling skills to enhance engagement and impact.
? Presentation Creation: Develop and design impactful, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to communicate narratives effectively to senior leadership, customers, and other various audiences and stakeholders.
? Connect Context and Align to Outcomes: Understand and articulate hypotheses, problem statements, and desired outcomes to build a cohesive story. Provide context and narrative support to enhance storytelling in presentations.
? Project Management and Strategic Execution: Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Think strategically and execute plans to convey impactful messages.

Minimum Education

A Master’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with five (5) years related work experience. Or a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with seven plus (7+) years related work experience.

Minimum Experience

Work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development / strategic value assessment activities. Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business. An advanced degree may offset experience requirements.

Domicile / Relocation Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current? ?starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors? ?permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.?

Pay: ?Annual Range – $116,000 – $174,000?
