Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Ability to manage incoming and outbound calls
? Ability to navigate through several programs
? Ability to manage website submissions
? Ability to manage reservations
? Ability to manage a waitlist
? Ability to rent units
? Ability to communicate with maintenance via mobile app
? Ability to write well (document calls & communicate with management)
? Ability to process payments
? Ability to close leads (processing move-ins)
? Ability to process move outs
? Ability to follow up with delinquent tenants
? Ability to provide live chat support
? Ability to input and review all digital documentation and information accurately.

? ** Computer Savvy ? Must be able to proficiently learn and navigate through several programs for self-sufficiency. ***
? Resourceful ? Has the ability to think of ways to navigate through most challenges.
? Communication Skills ? Actively listens and speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions.
? Critical thinking skills? Has the ability to quickly make decisions to support client and tenant based on policy, procedure, company and facility information.
? Fast Learner – Ability to retain information and demonstrate those skills on the job.
? Time Management ? Has the ability to manage competing priorities without becoming extremely overwhelmed. Can manage time independently without the need for supervision in slow and/or busy times.
? Ability to multi-task ? Has the ability to manage many tasks and issues at the same time throughout the day, week, and month.
Must be a high energy individual who can deliver ?Chick-fil-A? type service on the phone lines from the 28th – 12th of each month. If you can execute the above qualifications at a high level, there will be additional work available the rest of the month. Candidates that have experience in help desk, property leasing, self-storage and contact call centers is a plus and are encouraged to apply.
