Lowe?s is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be able to work cooperatively with team… members.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Utilize various software systems to input and retrieve customer data
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
