What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
? Guide customers through the car buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
? Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
? Mentor colleagues as your skills develop and you progress in your role
? Achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
? Strong customer focus with good listening skills
? High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Must reside in Wisconsin and live within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a sales role
? Ability to learn and master new technologies, demonstrating strong computer skills
? Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
