Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail, email, or telephone.
Responsibilities:
? Determines needs by asking customers detailed questions.
? Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
? Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions
? Escalating unresolved problems
? Maintains call center database by entering information.
? Reviews, answers and resolves any issues for all inquires from the online support website.
? Returns voicemail calls; answering and resolving all inquires from customers.
? Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
? Creates letters, and miscellaneous correspondence.
? Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
?Qualifications:
? Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
? Ability to build rapport with clients
? Ability to prioritize and multitask
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
