A leading importer/distributor of frozen Asian food product is hiring for Inside Sales Associate position.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for positioning yourself as a key sales team member; partnering with the senior sales managers with an emphasis on driving increased market share and sales volume, while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through regular… customer service and relationship building.
Primary Responsibilities
· Work with other team members on opportunities, customer service, and support on developing and maintaining a loyal customer base.
· Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities through proactive customer contact, primarily via phone and e-mail.
· Investigates and communicates customer issues regarding deliveries, product quality and payments.
· Develop new prospect through market research and work with senior sales manager to open new accounts.
· Ability to interact positively and form relationships with professionals inside and outside the company.
· Maintain customer contact data in CRM software
· May attend trade shows and events.
Qualifications
· Proficient in at least one of the following language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
· College Bachelor or Associate Degree
· Excellent in using technology to improve productivity and efficiency
· Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to uncover, develop and close sales
· Demonstrated strong time management skills
· Strong relationship building skills
· Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
· Adaptable to a fast-pace organization that changes to continuously improve the customers experience
