We are currently seeking Data Entry Specialists to join our team as we continue to grow and innovate. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to enhance efficiency and improve customer… experiences through data and automation.

Responsibilities
? Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images.
? Identify document types based on provided guidelines.
? Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards.
? Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards.
? Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed.
? Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes.
? Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out.
? Perform other basic office duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule
? Pay Rate: $12 per hour.
? Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred.
? A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
? Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

? High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency.
? Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions.
? Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
? Proficiency in reading and speaking English.

Typing Requirements
? WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy.
? KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.

This position is remote and based in Superior, WI.
