The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, data management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UPS invoicing systems. This role involves consolidating and analyzing data to provide valuable insights into our savings strategies and performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a detailed savings report using advanced Excel functions and formulas.

Extract, clean, and manage data from UPS invoicing systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards to present findings to senior management.

Perform regular audits of data to ensure integrity and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues in data reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Proficient in using UPS invoicing systems and extracting relevant data.
