Compensation

$50,000 – $400,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities
? Build client relationships through calling, emailing, and consultations.
? Conduct thorough market research to assess property values.
? Offer tailored solutions to buyers and sellers, guiding them towards achieving their real estate objectives effectively.
? Skillfully negotiate contracts and terms of sale to benefit all parties involved.
? Stay on top of market trends and industry best practices for informed decision-making.
? Engage in daily conversations and demonstrate a dedicated commitment to personal and professional growth.
? Represent clients throughout their real estate transactions to help them get the most out of their home sale or purchase.

Qualifications
? Must hold an active Florida Real Estate License to be eligible for this position.
? A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, working with buyers and sellers, is required.
? A High School diploma or GED is a necessary educational qualification.
? The ideal candidate should have a highly motivated mindset, be eager to learn, and possess a Growth Mindset.
? The ability to thrive in a collaborative team culture while also being self-motivated and resourceful is essential.
? Passion for sales and building strong relationships with clients is a must.
? Strong negotiation skills are required to be a fierce and smart negotiator.
? Comfortable with failure and committed to learning from it, demonstrating the ability to own the outcome.
? Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to ethical behavior towards clients, colleagues, and the company are fundamental qualities required.
