Hours: Flexible between 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Days: Flexible between Monday ? Friday
Location: Hybrid position with at least some hours worked in-person on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays in 3260 Grainger Hall. Other hours may be worked remotely.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a current UW-Madison student
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
Previous graphic design experience preferred
Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Express
Experience creating GIFs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The ideal candidate will be a student studying graphic design, with strong skills in layout, branding, photo editing, print setup, organization of files, and accepting creative feedback. Candidate should have working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and Microsoft/Google suites. Must demonstrate high level of responsibility and reliability, positive attitude, great attention to detail, problem solving, and creative thinking.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
1. Graphic Design: Assist with creating print, digital, and social media designs for events, digital publications, blogs, newsletters and other AR communications
2. Branding: Maintain the WSB brand on design pieces and in creating micro branding of new events, social media campaigns, and other AR communications.
3. Photo editing: Support with photo editing including cropping and photoshopping backgrounds for photos used in digital publications, blogs, newsletters, social media, and other AR communications
4. Illustration: Create custom illustrations to support the AR blog, newsletters, and other AR communications
5. Multimedia: Create custom gifs and animations for AR and WSB social media platforms and digital spaces
6. Other: Support Alumni Relations staff in other communication and administrative duties on an as-needed basis, including organization of print and swag goods in the office
