The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. The Live Chat Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities…
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
? Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical issues
? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
? Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction

? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Previous customer service experience preferred
