Job description: This full-time non-exempt position enhances the member experience while working with small business owners, individual members and select employer groups. This is a consultative sales position working to advise members of products and services offered by the credit union which will serve the individual needs of our members. The position is based out of our Tewksbury and Danvers branch. with travel as needed to other branches. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a minimum of two Saturdays per month required.
Essential Duties:
? Sell financial products (consumer loans, real estate loans, Share Certificates, IRAs, small business loans).
? Promote convenience services (RTN Realty Group, RTN Financial and Retirement Group, and RTN Insurance Group).
? Ability to meet monthly sales quota as assigned by management.
? Ability to travel to other branches and SEG sites.
? Support branch daily management, operational duties and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma plus relevant sales and service experience in a financial institution.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills along with a high level of attention to detail.
? Self-motivated, assertive and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
? Ability to work during regular branch hours, including Saturdays and evenings.
? Ability to attend off-hours meetings and events as needed.
? Financial and analytical skills required.
Compensation: Base salary in the range of $43,680 – $47,840 plus commission. The commission structure will be reevaluated annually.
This position is ideal for a candidate who is self-motivated, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to work with people at all levels and take the initiative to go above and beyond basic customer service. Knowledge of a second language is a plus – Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking preferred.
