Role:
The Online Apple Customer Service Representative will provide superior customer service to our customers through various digital platforms. They will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide product information while maintaining the high standards of Apple.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media.
2. Understanding and resolving customer complaints regarding Apple?s products or services.
3. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5. Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
6. Following up on customer interactions.
7. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. High school diploma; Bachelor?s degree preferred.
7. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
