The ideal candidate will be supporting the data management sector with tracking projects and work order management remotely from the comfort of your home. Previous remote work experience is preferred. What you’ll do + Monitor and track facilities management projects on facilities forward management tools. Provides updates on the process to the project teams. + Collaborate with proofreading and revisions of communications related to reports, work order reports, and other department communications.
+ Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management, client, and project teams. + Will create, maintain & distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and data analysis reports. + Uses status provided by activity owners to update and analyze project schedules to resolve schedule slippage and other program-related issues. + Based on input from program managers and other team members, forms required revisions and adjusts project schedules accordingly.
Maintains version control of project schedules, charters, and other project documentation. + Designs, generates, reviews, and understands PMO processes. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to build a complete analysis, improvement, and/or recommendation(s). + Coordinates the involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations or process improvements. + Accountable for project close-out process, including collecting/auditing project documentation.
+ Acts as a subject matter specialist for key PMO systems/processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams and day-to-day functions. What you’ll need + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent years of experience and training in lieu of degree. + Minimum two years of experience in a supporting role such as project coordinator, facilities coordinator, or another administrative role. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
