Key Responsibilities:
? Recruiters will be100% front end sourcing, no client engagement.
? Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various social media platforms.
? Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates.
? Generating reports and documenting interview outcomes.
? Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
? Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
? Sourcing passive talent and selling open positions to them.
? Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
? Mostly focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations).
? Must be very strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing.
? Expected to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
? Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field.
? Proficiency in MS Excel
? Experience with ATS
? Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.
Skills:
? Strong understanding of candidate profiles and success profiles.
? Experience with pipeline reporting.
? Advanced skills in Excel and experience with reporting metrics.
? Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a timely manner.
Note: This is a Remote/Virtual contract role and is perfect for those seeking flexible work arrangements.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Range: $35 – $40 per hour
