Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking an entry-level Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative to join their team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
? Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem

? Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
? Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
? Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
