Requirements:

? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

? Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
