Part time start (20-24 hours weekly) working to Full time with training (35-40)

Looking for all Shifts. Day, evening, nights

Our hours of operation are 7 days a week: 10am-9pm – Shifts can be made up to what suits your schedule.

Basic job requirements-

Clear speaking voice

excellent computer skills

Proficient in Microsoft/ Google Docs

Call center Experience / Customer service experience/ Remote experience

Must have the ability to navigate quickly between systems.

Remote/At home PC requirements: Windows10 based computer, ethernet connection, wired headphone.

Minimum System requirement :

8+GB ram

iCore5

CPU at least 2.10GHZ

Depending on the program the agent’s daily tasks could include but is not limited to,

INBOUND- Customer Service and Box Office services for Performing Arts Venues.

Excellent interpersonal skills and related customer service experience, Must be a team player.

Based on your past experience and assessment you would be placed where you will succeed.

Or Part time/ minimum of 24 hours a week.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
