Qualifications
· 1+ year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
· Proficiency in live chat software and technology
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
