Job Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Senior Application Support Administrator to become an integral part of our innovative Information Systems team. This remote position offers an opportunity to engage in the daily oversight, support, and upkeep of an array of enterprise applications, including, but not limited to, document management, timekeeping, accounting, compliance, and litigation support systems. In this capacity, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at upgrading or deploying new enterprise-wide applications, ensuring our technological infrastructure consistently aligns with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
? Monitor the health and performance of enterprise applications by evaluating error logs, server performance, and system resources.
? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise applications, effectively managing Help Desk tickets and escalating matters as required.
? Stay informed on software changes, reviewing patches, updates, and release notes to recommend necessary software enhancements.
? Lead the testing process for new software versions or updates, overseeing the creation and management of test environments and analyzing results for quality assurance.
? Serve as the Project Lead for implementing or updating enterprise applications, developing project plans, and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
? Oversee the creation and maintenance of production environments, coordinating with vendors for installations and upgrades.
? Maintain strong vendor relations to address issues, request fixes, and manage software updates.

Required Skills
? Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise applications such as document management and accounting systems.
? Solid understanding of infrastructure, server environments, and network communications.
? Proficiency in various desktop operating systems, software, and packaging practices.
? Demonstrated ability to install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications effectively.
? Experience with SQL Server and SQL scripting is essential.
? Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Group Policy, is beneficial.
? iManage certification is preferred.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
? A minimum of five years of experience managing enterprise-wide applications, ideally in legal or professional services environments.
