We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable virtual School Psychologist to join our dynamic team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs, providing testing services, and working with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to assess students’ cognitive, social, and emotional functioning and develop individualized plans to help them succeed academically and personally.

? Qualifications:
? Hold or be eligible for a valid Delaware School Psychologist Standard Certificate in accordance with 14 Del. C. ยง 1583.
Performance Responsibilities:
? Perform psychological services for Milford School District.
? Administer and interpret psychological evaluations remotely with a proctor.
? Complete written evaluation reports, progress notes and letters.
? Review assessment… information from providers to determine service options to meet the needs of students.
? Review students? cumulative records.
? Review referrals for testing, determine additional information needed
? Consultant to, and/or designer of, programs to meet the needs of students with diverse educational and emotional characteristics.
? Consult with school personnel and family members.
? Participate in IEP, manifestation, behavior plan, evaluation result, and school-wide data meetings.
? Support with crisis intervention services including suicide and threat assessments.
? Assist in designing and presenting professional development sessions.
? Maintain student records and protect their confidentiality.
? Other duties as assigned.
Terms of Employment: School Psychologist will follow the current salary schedule in the Professional Agreement. Eleven-month (11) assignment.
Salary and Benefits: Salary range and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with Board of Education Policy.
Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Board?s policy on evaluation of professional personnel.
