Key Responsibilities
? Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
? Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
? Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
? Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
? Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to boost client retention and drive business growth.
? Conduct regular account reviews, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
? Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
? Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
? Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
? Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
? Provide ongoing training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
? Minimum of 5 years of account management experience required.
? Healthcare experience preferred.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficiency in running and interpreting various reports to provide strategic solutions.
? Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
? High energy with strong initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
? Capable of handling stressful situations effectively.
? Knowledgeable in HIPAA standards for protecting and disclosing patients? PHI and e-PHI.
? Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
