Positions in this function are generally responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of customer?s network strategy and compliance with network requirements network assessment and selection, and program/product implementation. Obtains data, verifies validity of data, and analyzes data as required. May make recommendations regarding use, expansion and selection of networks based on analysis. Position champions UMR?s network offerings with customers, leveraging analysis and product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for the full range of network solutions available to UMR customers, working with account management to recommend options and implement solutions. Identifies opportunities for customer savings and deliver analysis to support recommended solutions
Collaborate with business team members to review and clarify requirements and strategy criteria for all UMR network solutions
Assist business users in identifying appropriate network solutions for customers
Work with business partners, (e.g.) transitions, provider network operations, medical management, underwriting account management and network administration) to analyze, triage and resolve customer network issues
Perform as Back-up and support to the Network Specialist team
Cross functional requirements gathering, department consultation, and implementation of network solutions
Analyze advantages and limitations of multiple solutions options. Recommend preferred option. Communicate options to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of hands-on professional experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
2+ years of experience working specifically with UMR claims processing system (CPS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure that programs/networks/contracts are designed and implemented to meet local, regional, and/or national market guidelines

: The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $23.22 to $45.43 per hour.
