We are looking for an individual to manage and assist with our short-term rental company, Citizen Nomad.

The role is property management ? platform management and guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, etc. as well as address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, process reservations, and provide accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods guests are visiting,
Note: This job will not require you to be on the job at all times, but will require you to be available when needed.
Required
Skills/Qualifications
– 2+ years of customer service
– 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
– Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours
Preferred
– Experience with Airbnb customer service
– Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast pace environment and learn new technologies as needed.

– Guest and reservation management
– Virtual property management
– Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination
Success Metrics:
– Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries
– Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
– Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
