As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will support clients from diverse industries, handling tasks related to Executive Assistance, Administrative support, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media management, Strategy, and more. This is a remote role with flexible hours, offering between 20-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
? Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
? Take on executive assistant tasks, including marketing systems management, website updates, and content creation.
? Oversee customer experience and ensure high-quality service.
? Create and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
? Accurately track and report time spent on various tasks.
? Attend regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings when needed.

? Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and grammatical skills are a must.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree required.
? At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance/project management.
? Proficient with Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management software.
? Home office setup with a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
