What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer incoming phone calls for a variety of businesses across the country
– Communicate professionally while showcasing a friendly personality
– Navigate cloud-based technology and manage caller interactions using multiple screens
– Type detailed messages accurately, free of spelling and grammatical errors
– Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
– Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
– Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or clerical position
– Must have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
– Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
– Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
