We have a team of 29,000 professionals who work together at over 1,500 pet care centers, 250 Vetco Total Care hospitals, preventive care clinics, distribution centers, and support centers.
Schedule:
The standard work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with a start time of 4:00 am and ending at 2:30 pm. Additional hours may be required as the situation demands
Pay:
$18.50/hour

? Expertly coordinate the receipt, transfer, and replenishment of warehouse inventory to efficiently prepare PETCO merchandise for timely delivery and prevent shipment delays.

? The applicant must reveal their proficiency in executing their job requirements and duties, regardless of any disabilities, by giving evidence of their past experience:
? Handle forklift equipment, such as pallet jacks, stand-up lifts, and turret trucks, for efficient operation.
? Frequently transport merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds by repeatedly lifting them.
? The act of scanning the barcodes of items using a handheld computer is deemed acceptable
? Able to utilize computerized pick-module system
Supervisory Responsibility:
While the usual duties of this role don’t involve supervising other workers, management may sometimes assign additional responsibilities, like offering functional guidance to others.
Work Environment:
Carrying, lifting, and bending often over 50 pounds, along with regular climbing, are among the duties in this position that require strenuous physical effort. In the warehouse, workers will deal with constant exposure to factors such as heat, cold, dust, dirt, fumes, and noise. Even though outdoor activity may occasionally be required, the bulk of the work occurs within the warehouse. It is vital to recognize the inherent hazards and risks of this job.
